This is a recipe I found a while back and have been using regularly. Not only is a bath ever so relaxing but this baking soda and epsom salt mixture is great for detoxifying your body, relieving muscle pain and improving circulation, while the lavender helps promote better sleep. Enjoy some self care and time out!
This recipe pictured below is enough for 2 baths so store the other half in a jar for next time.
